We know that enjoying time with your nearest and dearest is what it’s all about. That’s why every aspect of the guest experience at Gather Greene has been considered. Our venue was designed to support dynamic multi-day events including intimate welcome dinners, breathtaking ceremonies set against nature or contemporary architecture, sunset cocktails on the deck with mountain views, sophisticated receptions for up to 250 guests, and bonfires at the quarry under the stars.

Tours of Gather Greene are by appointment only. To book a tour, please complete the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. You’ll receive detailed information about weddings at Gather Greene, as well as a link to schedule an introductory call. On the call, we can review our availability for your preferred dates, go over your vision, answer any questions you may have, and also schedule a tour.

Our 4,000 SF open air Pavilion is the perfect spot to host your reception, regardless of the weather. The space can be left open air, or our translucent exterior grade shades can come down to protect the interior from rain, wind, and intense sun. The shades are also often used as a dramatic room reveal opportunity.

There are many creative ways to differentiate your rehearsal dinner from your main wedding day events. It can be an opportunity to work with your caterer on a different style, or you can choose to work with a separate caterer and do something with a more casual twist like a BBQ or taco night. Our Bar Partner, Topnotch, also offers many delicious options, including their famous wood fire pizza oven.

We welcome wedding guests and their hosts for a two night minimum stay in our cabins. Each cabin is its own hotel suite, and the 17 cabins function as a hotel block. All cabins are furnished with a king size bed enabling a maximum occupancy of 34 guests to stay at Gather Greene. Learn more about our cabins here.

We have three ADA accessible restrooms in our pavilion as well as an ADA cabin. The grounds have been designed with accessibility in mind and are easily navigated by car, bus, and golf cart.

The Pavilion was custom designed for large scale installations and events. Our concrete wall is outfitted with a grid of rigging points providing a framework for your visions to come to life. Additional hooks throughout the space further expand installation and customization possibilities. We have witnessed some truly inspiring designs at the Pavilion.

Gather Greene is best enjoyed as a place to unplug and relax, connect with loved ones, and take in your surroundings and all that our property has to offer. We want everyone’s experience here to be nothing less than ideal, and for this reason we do not offer one day rentals.

If you’d like to stay longer, time enjoyed at Gather Greene can be extended to start on Thursday or end on Monday simply by booking out the cabins with no additional site fee.

Designed for large scale productions, Gather Greene is a modern canvas for visionary events—a place to create a wedding weekend that is uniquely yours. Guests are encouraged to enjoy private access to all 100 scenic acres, featuring a 4,000 SF Pavilion complete with a lounge, two dressing suites, a professional catering kitchen, 6 all-gender restrooms, an 1,800 SF sunset deck, multiple ceremony locations, wooded paths and hiking trails, a shale quarry pond, and guest accommodations. With accessibility and generational needs in mind, our facilities are easy to navigate and ADA accessible.
Wedding Accommodations
A special feature at Gather Greene, our 17 custom designed cabins can accommodate up to 34 of your closest friends and family. Sited thoughtfully amidst nature with a picture window and outdoor deck, each cabin offers the comforts of a modern hotel room, including a king bed, closet with full-length mirror, heating and air conditioning, mini fridge, and hair dryer.

Gather Greene offers an incredible variety of natural and built environments that serve as striking backdrops for photography, video, and productions. From our modern structures to clearings in the woods, vast open meadows, wildflower fields, and the shale quarry with reflective pond, photoshoots are another exciting layer of the Gather Greene experience.

Our purpose-built open air Pavilion perfectly frames the natural beauty of the Catskills and ethereal mountaintop light, while providing guests comfort and protection from the elements within. All receptions are held in the Pavilion, which is highly customizable and balances the aesthetic visions with the functional necessities of major productions and events.
